Delivery and payment

Nova Poshta

At checkout you select Nova Poshta as the carrier, then your settlement and a branch from the list we receive directly from Nova Poshta.

Nova Poshta orders can be paid in full online or with a 50% prepayment. Both amounts are calculated from the final order total. Delivery charges are not included in the amounts shown and are paid separately according to the selected carrier’s rates.

Ukrposhta

At checkout you select Ukrposhta as the carrier and enter your city and the branch number or address manually. Such orders are paid in full during checkout.

Both fields — settlement and branch — are required. The 50% prepayment is not available for Ukrposhta shipments: the amount due is 100%. Delivery charges are not included in the amounts shown and are paid separately according to the selected carrier’s rates.

International delivery

International delivery is available by prior arrangement. To select a suitable carrier and delivery route to your country, contact us by email or through Instagram Direct.

After confirming the destination, address and order details, we will provide an available delivery option, estimated cost and estimated timeframe. Customs duties, taxes and other mandatory charges in the destination country, where applicable, are handled according to that country’s rules.

Dispatch timeframe

Orders are transferred to the carrier within three working days after order confirmation and completion of the agreed payment conditions.

This is the time until the parcel is handed to the carrier, not the arrival time: transit time is determined by the carrier, its route and the branch type.

Delivery cost

Delivery is not included in the order total. The carrier calculates and charges it according to its own tariffs.

International delivery cost is calculated separately once the destination and parcel details have been agreed.

Payment

• 100% online payment by Visa or Mastercard through the secure monobank Acquiring service — available for both carriers.
• A 50% online card prepayment — available for orders shipped through Nova Poshta.
• Orders shipped through Ukrposhta are paid online in full (100%).

The available payment options are shown at checkout as soon as you select a carrier. Card details are entered on the payment provider’s side — the ORO Professional website never receives or stores your card data. The final amount is calculated on our server from current prices; if a price has changed, we show the updated total and ask you to confirm it before payment.

Order cancellation

You can cancel an order until it is handed over to the carrier — email us with your order number. If you paid online, the funds are returned by the same method you used.

If a parcel is not collected within the carrier’s storage period it is returned to us. We refund the amount paid online once the parcel arrives; the carrier’s return-shipping cost is borne by the recipient.
