2. Definitions

• Seller — the person identified in section 1 who offers products for sale through the website.
• Buyer — the individual who places an order on the website.
• Website — the ORO Professional website together with its product pages, cart and checkout.
• Product — a hair-care cosmetic item presented on the website.
• Order — the list of products formed by the buyer together with delivery data and the selected payment conditions.
• Account — the buyer's personal password-protected area on the website.
• Carrier — the postal or courier operator performing delivery (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, or an agreed operator for international delivery).
• Public offer — this document, as the seller's proposal to conclude a sale contract on the described terms.

3. Subject

The subject of this offer is the sale of hair-care cosmetic products through the ORO Professional website on the terms described below.

The offer is addressed to individuals placing orders for their own consumption.

4. Product information

The current product page on the website is the source of the public name, volume, ingredients, price and usage instructions.

Photographs may differ slightly from the actual item because of screen colour rendering or packaging updates. Such differences are not a product defect.

A material substitution of one product for another is not made without the buyer's agreement. If an item is unavailable we notify the buyer and agree on the next step.

Cosmetic results are individual. The seller makes no medical claims and does not guarantee a specific individual result.

5. Order formation

• The buyer selects products and adds them to the cart.
• The buyer provides accurate information needed for delivery and communication.
• The buyer reviews the cart and the order summary.
• The buyer submits the order.
• The system validates availability, price currency and the delivery and payment conditions.
• An order is considered accepted after successful creation and confirmation by the website system, or after confirmation by ORO Professional through the account or by email.

Submitting the checkout form alone does not guarantee product availability or final acceptance if validation fails. If the cart contains unavailable items or a price has changed, we show the updated calculation and ask the buyer to confirm it.

6. Price and payment

The final available payment option is shown during checkout or confirmed after the order has been reviewed. No payment method is guaranteed for every order. Cash on delivery for the full order value is not offered.

The final order amount is calculated by our server from current prices. A price supplied by the browser is not authoritative: if it diverges from the current price we show the updated calculation and ask for confirmation before payment.

• Full online card payment for the order.
• A 50% prepayment with the remainder paid on collection at a Nova Poshta branch — this option may be available for selected orders and applies only where it is shown during checkout or confirmed by us.
• Orders shipped through Ukrposhta must be paid in full before dispatch.

Card details are entered on the payment provider's side. The ORO Professional website neither receives nor stores card credentials.

7. Fiscal receipt

An electronic fiscal receipt may be provided through the contact channel supplied for the order once the relevant fiscal integration is active.

As of this revision no fiscal integration is connected, so this document does not state a specific provider, a receipt delivery channel or a buyer-selectable channel.

8. Delivery

International delivery is agreed individually and depends on the destination country and carrier availability. The buyer receives an estimated cost and timeframe before the order is confirmed.

• Delivery within Ukraine is performed by Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta.
• Orders are handed to the carrier within three working days after order confirmation and fulfilment of the agreed payment conditions.
• The dispatch time is not the delivery time: transit time is determined by the carrier, its route and the branch type.
• Delivery cost follows the carrier's tariffs or individually confirmed terms.

9. Order cancellation

An order can be cancelled until it is handed to the carrier. To do so, send a request to oro.prof.ua@gmail.com stating the order number.

If an online payment was made, funds are returned by the same method used for payment.

Once the order has been dispatched, the applicable delivery and return rules apply.

10. Returns

Return and refund conditions are set out on the approved “Returns and refunds” page. This offer does not establish different or conflicting return terms.

11. Receipt and inspection

On receipt we recommend inspecting the packaging and completeness where this is reasonably possible at the specific branch.

An unpacking video can help us review a claim faster, but it is not a mandatory condition for exercising the buyer's statutory rights.

12. Liability

The parties bear liability in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

The seller is liable for the proper quality and completeness of a product, for correspondence with the product page description, and for performance of the obligations of an accepted order.

The seller is not liable for the consequences of using a product contrary to its instructions, for individual reactions unrelated to a product defect, or for transit times that are within the carrier's area of responsibility.

This revision does not limit the seller's liability for its own fault or for product defects, and does not narrow mandatory consumer rights.

13. Force majeure

A party is released from liability for non-performance where it is caused by an extraordinary and unavoidable circumstance that the party could neither foresee nor prevent.

A party relying on such a circumstance notifies the other party without undue delay and provides reasonable evidence of its occurrence and of its effect on performance.

This revision does not fix a specific list of admissible evidence; that requires legal review.

14. Communications

Service messages are sent to perform the contract and service the account: registration and security, password recovery, order confirmation, payment status, delivery information, returns, and delivery of a fiscal receipt once the relevant integration exists.

Service messages are not advertising. Marketing messages are sent only with a separate voluntary consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.

Marketing messages are currently sent by email only. No messenger campaigns are operated.

15. International orders

• International delivery is agreed individually.
• Availability depends on the destination country and carrier availability.
• The buyer receives an estimated cost and timeframe before the order is confirmed.
• Destination-country duties, taxes and restrictions, where applicable, are governed by that country's rules.

The international nature of an order does not remove the mandatory consumer rights applicable to the transaction.

16. Changes to the offer

The seller may update the offer. Every revision carries a number and a publication date, and a new revision applies prospectively from publication.

Orders already created remain governed by the revision in force when the order was created, to the extent this is technically recorded and legally applicable.

17. Disputes

A dispute begins with a written enquiry to oro.prof.ua@gmail.com. We answer enquiries in writing and aim to settle matters directly.

If a dispute cannot be settled directly, it is resolved in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. This revision does not establish exclusive jurisdiction and does not deprive a consumer of statutory remedies.
