1. Using the website

The website may be used to explore the products, obtain a care selection, place orders and manage your own account.

Use must be in good faith and must not breach the law or the rights of others.

2. Your account

• Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• Your password and mailbox access are your responsibility: do not share them.
• End your session on shared devices.
• If you notice unauthorised access, change your password and notify us.

3. Prohibited conduct

• Automated data collection, catalogue copying and other scraping without our written consent.
• Attempts to bypass authentication, access separation or server-side validation.
• Load, brute-force and other attacks on service availability.
• Impersonating another person, an ORO Professional representative or a carrier.
• Uploading malicious code or abusing enquiry forms.

4. Intellectual property

The ORO Professional name, logo, website design, texts, photographs and educational materials are protected and belong to the seller or are used by it on a lawful basis.

Personal, non-commercial viewing is permitted. Copying, republication and commercial use of the materials without written consent are not permitted.

5. Product information and availability

We aim to keep descriptions, prices and availability current, but an item may become unavailable or a price may change before an order is confirmed.

In that case we show the updated calculation or notify you of the unavailability and agree on the next step. The final amount is calculated by our server.

6. Knowledge-base materials

Knowledge-base articles are educational and describe general hair-care principles.

They are not medical advice, do not establish a diagnosis and do not replace consulting a qualified professional.

7. Care selection

The care selection is an informational cosmetic-care selection based on your answers.

It is not a medical diagnosis, it is not medical treatment, and it does not guarantee a specific individual result.

For pronounced hair loss, inflammation, itching or other significant symptoms we recommend contacting an appropriate qualified professional.

8. Your entries

Hair-journal entries and other notes you create in your account remain yours.

We process them solely to provide the corresponding private feature within your account: to store, display, edit and delete them at your request.

We do not publish these entries, do not share them with other users and do not take any licence to use them publicly.

9. Third-party links

The website may link to third-party resources — carrier pages, the payment provider and our social profiles in particular.

Those resources operate under their own rules and we do not control their content.

10. Service availability

We aim to keep the website running continuously, but maintenance, provider outages or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily limit access.

A temporary unavailability of the website does not by itself cancel an order that has already been accepted.

11. Access restriction

We may temporarily restrict access to an account where there are reasonable indications of abuse, an attack or compromised access.

We notify the account email of such a restriction and explain how to lift it. A restriction does not deprive you of your rights regarding orders already paid for or accepted.

12. Deleting your account

You can delete your account in the “Data and account” section. We ask you to re-enter your password first — this protects the account from deletion by someone else.

Deletion removes the account features and the active data tied to them: profile, cart, drafts, saved care selection and hair journal.

If there are unfinished orders or payments in progress, deletion is temporarily unavailable: such orders must first be completed or cancelled.

Records of completed orders and payments may be retained under the law after the account is deleted. They are detached from the person and are no longer accessible through the website. See the Privacy policy for details.

13. Changes to these terms

Every revision of these terms carries a number and a publication date and applies prospectively.

These terms do not limit the mandatory consumer rights provided by law.
