Apply to damp lengths, avoiding the roots. Leave for 2–3 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
Shampoo primarily works with the scalp and roots. Balsam works with the lengths. One does not replace the other: together they form a complete regular-care base.

Order on mask day
Shampoo → Mask → Balsam
Thoroughly wet the hair and scalp.
Apply Soft Care Shampoo to the scalp, massage and rinse.
When needed, apply the selected mask to damp, towel-squeezed lengths.
Apply Soft Care Balsam for 2–3 minutes and rinse.
Before blow-drying, use Active Thermo Cream. After the hair is fully dry, apply one drop of Argan Elixir Oil to the dry lengths and ends.
When there is no scalp sensitivity but the lengths are severely damaged, fragile, lightened or strongly porous, Reconstruction PRO may be the more suitable main system. Soft Care remains the priority when scalp comfort requires an especially gentle approach.
