Why hair needs balsam

Balsam is not an optional extra — it completes the base care for the lengths. It follows shampoo or a mask and helps maintain softness, smoothness and comfortable detangling.

  3. 03Distribute balsam from roughly mid-lengths to the ends.
  4. 04If needed, comb through gently with fingers or a wide-tooth comb.
  5. 05Leave on for 2–3 minutes.
  6. 06Rinse thoroughly.
